What Claude can do

Websites, presentations, and copy, right in your browser.

🌐 A one-page site or landing page

What to tell Claude:

"Build a one-page website for my yoga studio Prana. Address: 12 Lesnaya St., Moscow. Bookings by phone: +7 999 123 45 67. Style: calm, warm tones."

Claude will write the HTML and show a preview right in the chat. Copy the code and you can publish it on GitHub Pages (free) or hand it to a developer.

📊 A deck for investors or clients

What to tell Claude:

"Write the structure for a pitch deck for my food delivery business. 8 slides: problem, solution, market, how we operate, team, financials, the ask, call to action."

Claude will give you finished copy for every slide. Paste it into Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint, and the design is done in 20 minutes.

✍️ A post for Instagram or Telegram

What to tell Claude:

"Write an Instagram post. I own a coffee shop in St. Petersburg. I want to announce that we have live music on Fridays starting at 7:00 pm. Tone: warm, nothing corporate. 150-200 words."

Claude will write a post with a solid hook, real substance, and a CTA. Just copy it and publish.

📧 A business email or sales proposal

What to tell Claude:

"Write an email to a potential client, a restaurant chain. I supply organic vegetables. I want to propose a partnership and show that our produce is fresher and cheaper than the competition's."

You'll get a finished email with a persuasive structure: a subject line that gets opened, the core offer, the benefits, and a call to action.

📋 A contract or document template

What to tell Claude:

"Draft a services agreement template for a photographer. I'm an individual, and so is the client. It needs: scope of services, timelines, payment, photo rights, and liability for both parties."

A basic contract template. Have a lawyer review it before you use it for real, but 80% of the work is already done.

🧮 Calculations and spreadsheets

What to tell Claude:

"Build a financial model for a coffee shop: 50 cups a day at 200 rubles each, rent 60,000 a month, two baristas at 35,000 each, supplies at 30% of revenue. Break it down month by month for one year."

Claude will run the numbers for you. Ask for the output as a table and copy it straight into Excel.

How to get better results

3 rules of a good prompt.

Give context: who you are and who it's for

Weak:

"Write something about a coffee shop"

Strong:

"Write an Instagram post. I own a coffee shop in central Moscow; my audience is office workers aged 25-40. Topic: our new seasonal drink, a pumpkin spice latte."

Specify format and length

Weak:

"Write a presentation"

Strong:

"Write copy for a 6-slide deck. Each slide: a headline plus 3 short bullet points. Topic: why ordering from us pays off."

Ask for a rewrite if you don't like it

Weak:

"(you leave without a word)"

Strong:

"Good, but make the tone a bit livelier and cut the corporate speak. And add a concrete number to the first paragraph."
