Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") under clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Offer is accepted by registering at academy.agineai.com and paying for a subscription.

The Provider is the Individual Entrepreneur Lekhovitskaya Aleksandra Evgenievna, INN 502413449099, OGRNIP 324508100621131 (the "Provider"). Full registration and banking details are set out in Section 10 of this Offer.

The Customer is the individual or legal entity that has accepted the Offer (the "Customer").

The Provider grants the Customer access to the AGINE Academy platform for self-paced learning on how to work with the Claude AI assistant and related tools.

The service includes:

• Access to video tutorials and step-by-step instructions
• Downloadable ready-to-use skill files for the AI assistant
• Access to new lessons as they are published
• Email support

The monthly subscription costs RUB 1,990 (₽1,990) per month. Payment is made by bank card via CloudPayments and is charged automatically each month on the calendar day matching the date the Offer was accepted. This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel; by subscribing you authorise the recurring charge.

VAT is not applied, as the Provider operates under the simplified taxation system of the Russian Federation.

The subscription is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of payment and renews automatically while funds are available on the card.

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, for any reason and with no cancellation fee, from their account (Settings → Subscription). After cancellation, access to the platform continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are taken.

Skill files downloaded earlier remain the Customer's to keep and continue to work in the Customer's own copy of Claude regardless of subscription status.

Within 7 calendar days of the first payment, the Customer may terminate the Agreement and receive a full refund of that first payment, with no reason required, by emailing support@agineai.com. This window applies to the first payment only and applies regardless of how much content was accessed during those 7 days.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the same card from which payment was made; your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

After the 7-day window, the unused part of a paid month is not refunded or pro-rated, but the active subscription is cancelled with no further charges.

The Provider undertakes to:

• Keep the platform available 99% of the time per calendar month
• Not transfer the Customer's personal data to third parties without consent
• Give 14 days' notice of material changes to the terms before they take effect

The Customer undertakes to:

• Not share account access with third parties
• Not use the platform for unlawful activities
• Not copy or publicly distribute platform content

Video lessons, written instructions, and original texts on the platform are the property of the Provider. The content may be used only for the Customer's own learning.

Skill files downloaded through the platform are licensed to the Customer with the right to use them without limit in the Customer's own projects and for the Customer's clients. Reselling or publicly publishing the skills is prohibited.

The Provider is not responsible for the business results the Customer achieves by applying the knowledge and skills gained. The platform is an educational tool, not consulting.

If a technical failure on the Provider's side lasts more than 24 consecutive hours, the subscription period is extended by the equivalent time.

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are referred to the court at the Provider's place of registration in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation in force.
