Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering on the AGINE Academy service (academy.agineai.com), I give my consent to the Operator (Individual Entrepreneur Lekhovitskaya) to process my personal data in the manner and on the terms set out in Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

This consent covers the following personal data:

• Email address
• Name (if voluntarily provided)
• IP address and technical device information
• Payment data (status, transaction history, without storing cards)
• Learning progress and Service usage data
• Onboarding answers (if voluntarily provided)

Consent is given for the following purposes:

• Registration and identification of the User
• Providing access to paid content under the subscription
• Processing payments via CloudPayments
• Sending service notifications to the stated email
• Improving the Service based on anonymised analytics
• Performing obligations under the Offer Agreement

Consent is given for the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access for processors), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Operations are carried out both by automated means and without the use of automation.

I consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following processors to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services:

• Supabase Inc. - storage of account data
• Vercel Inc. - application hosting
• CloudPayments LLC - payment processing
• Anthropic PBC - processing of AI chat requests (only when used)
• Resend Inc. - delivery of email notifications
• Sentry GmbH - monitoring of technical errors

This consent is valid from the moment of registration until it is withdrawn. I am aware that consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to privacy@agineai.com.

Withdrawal of consent leads to the deletion of the account and the inability to continue using the Service. Data required to comply with accounting and tax obligations may be kept in anonymised form for the periods set by law.

By confirming registration on the Service through entering an email address and password, and by ticking the consent checkbox in the registration form, I confirm that I have read this text, the Privacy Policy, and the Offer Agreement, and I give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the stated terms.
