I work in the restaurant business and foodtech, running the VKUSOV LAB project. Did the first homework: connected Bitrix24 and Chrome, installed 11 plugins. The best case is an AI agent paired with Bitrix24, my CRM. I say «write a proposal for the chef of restaurant X», and the agent finds the contact in Bitrix itself, writes a personalized offer and sets a follow-up task. Every Monday at 9:00 it sends, without being asked, a brief on receivables, open deals and tasks for the week. By the second lesson I had put together a content factory, three digital employees (a lawyer, marketplaces, sales), a mini-CRM and 4 automations.
