I sell on marketplaces, Wildberries and OZON, and on the course I built my own CRM system to bring the whole business into one platform. It tracks reviews, both the positive ones and the ones that need a reply, and with a button it generates the reply to the customer itself. It also counts metrics and sends me alerts in Telegram when stock runs low on the best-selling items. I built it all in detail so the team can use it. Essentially I fully digitized my marketplace work.
